The Adversaryâs must be reduced to 0 Health with no Determination Points left to count this challenge as completed. When making the NPC for this you donât need to fill out the entire perk list or technique list immediately, it can be filled out as the battle begins or goes on, but it should at least be 75% filled to keep in the spirit of the challenge (Lack of Equipment does not count against this total but including Equipment on the NPC can count for it). Description: A truly villainous Adversary stands between the Characters and their prize. The Adversary must be between Tier 6 and Tier 10, and at least three Tierâs over the Highest Tier of Player Character present in the Adventure. Unlike other Challenges, this one may be chosen a second time, (Big Mom and Kaido did fight together for a time), counting against the challenge limit as normal, but may be selected as its own tier separate from the other Titanic Adversary, with the same restrictions as normal. The Adversary must be reduced to 0 Health with no Determination Points left to count this challenge as completed. Challenge Name: Player Adversary/s
Challenge Reward: +50 EXP per Adversary present, there is no maximum. +25,000 Berries per Adversary.
Description: Player on Player battle to determine who is the best. This Challenge is unique in that there is no maximum, however there are a couple of catches. No other challenge may be selected when this one is, and all players present on one âside of the conflict must be brought to 0 health and with no determination points remaining for all players to claim the reward. This challenge is graded harsher to see if fights were rigged or if it was just a slaughter, such un-sportsmen like conduct may be fitting of pirates, but it isnât in the spirit of the forum. Please battle against those who wish for it, or those who are of equal power to yourselves, thank you.
Challenge Name: Drawn Out Conflict
Challenge Reward: +10 EXP per time it occurs during an Adventure, can only trigger a number of times Equal to Advanced/Titanic Adversaries in the Adventure, +5,000 Berries per time it triggers.
Description: A Drawn out Conflict is whenever battles take their toll in time and resources. Characters equipment can break, and effective ammunition can run dry. Every time this Challenge is triggered during an Adventure, every Player Character has one piece of Equipment either suffer from the Disabled effect for the rest of the Adventure, and/or the Character runs out of Ammunition. Character may use Repair Tools/Ammunition Crates to overcome the effects listed in this Challenge.
Challenge Name: Survive!
Challenge Reward: +25 EXP per Equal Adversary, +50 EXP per Advanced Adversary, +100 EXP per Titanic Adversary. +50 EXP per Player Adversary, up to a total maximum of +250 EXP.
Description: The Characters are out gunned, out manned, or out of luck and they have only one option, survive to fight another day. Running away is the best option, sometimes, and no one is a coward for not wishing to meet Davey Jones early. The Characters must somehow escape the Adversaries that are trying to capture/kill them, how is up to them but itâll probably involve some dangerous stunts and dumb luck. This challenge should only be taken a maximum of two times against the same adversaries, to represent how the characters eventually become strong enough to fight against such a foe rather then running away all the time.
Challenge Name: Rough Terrain
Challenge Reward: +10 EXP per different Rough Terrain present.
Description: Rough Terrain represents an obstacle that at some point will get in the way of the Characters advancing. This could be extreme temperatures, a high cliff face, or large drop, pitch darkness, etc. In either case one of the following will be needed depending on the obstacle: Falling Apparatus, Climbing Apparatus, Light Source, Survivalist Gear, and/or Breathing Apparatus. The maximum amount of Rough Terrain that may be present in any Adventure is Equal to the total amount of Player Characters present in the Adventure.
Challenge Name: Heist
Challenge Reward: +100 EXP, +200,000 Berries.
Description: The Characters wish to steal something of value from a location, be is treasure, or another abstract item or writing. Heists are simple snatch and grab operations, but the steps going into them are what make them come to life. Perhaps it is in a vault, or guarded by a fierce admiral or emperor of the sea? In either case the objective is to take whatever it is, in whatever quantity the Characters desire from another. While there doesnât need to be any fighting, sometimes it is inevitable, and this challenge is often accompanied by adversary challenges for that reason. To represent simply running from the ones who originally owned the items, you can choose to not add any adversary challenges and instead just have them show up, but the Characters always flee.
Challenge Name: Training
Challenge Reward: +50 EXP, or 1 rank in one of the training perks.
Description: The Characters buckle down and train their abilities to prepare for other challenges ahead of them. A simple open-ended challenge whose contents should be based on improving oneâs ability, markedly this is a good challenge to show the growth of Haki should one desire it. This is not needed to learn any kind of new Techniques or abilities etc. itâs just good for filling in flavor for a Characters story, like any other Challenge.
Challenge Name: Liberation
Challenge Reward: +50 EXP, +50,000 Berries.
Description: Liberation deals with freeing an islandâs citizenship from an oppressive occupying or ruling force. Perhaps the local captain for the marines is a tyrant, or there is a blood thirsty pirate who made his base in a town, in either or any case freeing people is the goal of this challenge. Typically accompanied by Adversaries in some capacity this Challenge also comboâs well with stealing knowledge is the Player Characters desire to incriminate or exposure the evil rather than simply bash in some skulls.
Challenge Name: Exploration
Challenge Reward: +25 EXP per discovery, +10,000 Berries per discovery.
Description: Exploration details creating maps or simply discovering unseen wonders out there in the world. Exploration is open-ended, but what is discovered should at least be able to help other people, make travel easier, or be marvels of the world and not simply just a lizard on a beach. New islands naturally count, and the discovery of an unknown threat could also count. The number of discoveries that can be made is equal to the number of Player Characters present in the Adventure.
