She is a very bratty and brutish Oni, always picking a fight or grief to someone in the prison, may it be her own brother or prisoner. Due to her time in CP9 she is well trained in the way of Rokushiki and Armament Haki.
Head Jailer DamballaDamballa is a former human criminal turned officer. Having spent many of his early years in Impel Down for murder he was thought to be of more use than not due to his fruit and medical care history, and was therefore pardoned for his crimes and hired. Although time has passed his strange and downright cruel ways haven't, using the prisoners as test subjects to preform various medical experiments on them using his Ope-Ope Fruit. He owns a Quake-Quake Fruit and doesn't hesitate to use it as well as his giant axe.
Notable Locations: Level 1: Crimson HellThe first level of Impel Down is Crimson Hell, a forested area of red trees and grass. Although upon first glance this floor might seem rather nice the leaves produced from these trees and the blades of grass are actually sharpened to the point of a needle, meaning one little touch is enough to cause someone immense pain. Prisoners kept of this level are forced to run through the forest by guards and poisonous spiders to experience being cut in all directions. It is a constant agony, the blood of all past prisoners soaking the ground and spikes, giving this level its name.
Level 2: Wild Beast HellWild Beast Hell is the 2nd level of Impel Down. It is a giant, stone maze where beasts such as Puzzle Scorpions, Manticores, Basilisks, and the Sphinx roam free and chase prisoners brave enough to step out of their cells. Because of the looming threat of being hunted and eaten alive most people on this floor either give up the will to live or refuse to step out of their cells even when the doors are unlocked.
Prisoners with a bounty of 15 million or higher are kept on this floor.
Level 3: Starvation HellThe third level is known as Starvation Hell, a dry and sandy floor where you can begin to feel the immense heat of level 4 start to seep in. Prisoners here are given very little food and water to keep them in a sickly and near death state, weakening them immensely. In the middle of this floor lies a giant hole leading directly to level 4 and a giant fan which redirects the smoke produced by it. Jumping down said hole, however, is thought to be suicide as it drops straight down into the boiling pool of blood.
Criminals with bounties of 50 million or higher are kept on this floor.
Level 4: Blazing HellBlazing Hell is a burning hellscape filled with fires and a large pool of boiling blood so hot it can be felt from the third level.. Torture is frequently used on this floor, either by dunking the prisoners into the bubbling vat of hot blood or by dangling them above the fires with rope. The prisoners are also put to work as another form of torture, made to carry lumber and fuel the very blood pool they are submerge in.
Level 5: Freezing HellAs opposed to the level above it Freezing Hell is a giant snow biome with air so cold that prisoners either die of frostbite or have entire portions of their body break. Even the food on this level is served frozen and Den Den Mushis do not operate due to the bitter cold temperature. Wolves who were once apart of level 2 roam the area freely, having been deemed too ferocious as they started to hunt the other monsters. Prisoners with a bounty of 10 million and over are kept here.
Level 6: Eternal HellThe lowest and last level of Impel Down. Unlike the other levels this could be considered the most "prison-like" of them all. Prisoners who hold the most amount of threat or have committed unspeakable atrocities are sentenced here. All who reside on this level either hold the death penalty or a life sentence. Eternal Hell is gloomy and dark, receiving no light and heavily protected with cell bars and chains made of seastone.
