Brandy snuck a look at Eggplant, a genuine smile forming on her lips before turning her gaze back to the celebratory townsfolk. The doctor didn't usually find herself taking an interest in people. Not that she disliked people or their company, she wouldn't be willing to heal them if that was the case. But the navigator was a constant mystery that kept getting stranger and deeper every time she opened her mouth. An ex secret organization member, shooting things from her fingers, her virtuous nature... It made the doctor want to know more, even if it would end up getting her into trouble.
For all of these years she had been afraid of the world and its borders, but suddenly her curious and intrepid nature shook its cobwebs away in her presence.
Amidst her thoughts Eggplant turned to her, insinuating that she could help get the bullet out of her arm. The mermaid shook her head. "I really don't think you should- ACK!"
